Here's a little info about my qualifications to provide the best representation of both buyers and sellers in a challenging Real Estate market. I have 8 years as a licensed agent, and have participated in over 100 Real Estate transactions. I spent 4 years as a Real Estate instructor, training agents in everything from legal aspects, to superior customer service, to understanding complex contracts and forms. Prior to my Real Estate career, I estimated and managed various home restoration and remodeling projects for construction and insurance companies for many, many years.
